Creating a partnership with parents depends on having regular and positive contact, building trust and confidence and a genuine commitment to involve parents in supporting their child's learning. We aim to keep in regular contact through newsletters, telephone, letters, informal meetings and parent consultation evenings.
We would appreciate if you could inform nursery staff of any circumstances, either temporary or permanent which may affect your child's emotional or physical well being to ensure your child receives additonal suport if necessary. A member of staff will be available to speakk to you on a daily basis to discuss your child's progress and answer any questions you may have.
All information regarding your child/family will be kept in the strictest confidence in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

We are continually developing our parent/nursery comminucation and would like to keep you up to date with your child's daily activities at nursery as well as their developmental progress. We have now signed up with a new program called Tapestry. It is an online tool we can use regularly to communicate with parents as well as recording all the learning and fun of children's early years education. Tapestry is available for most phones and tabs via the app and play store (please see links below). We will provide you with login details in due course and it may take a week or two for us to set up.

'Jasmine started in the Baby Butterflies room in September, she has settled  really well. She was only 6 months old when she started. She attends nursery twice per week. Jasmine loves coming to nursery, she has developed excellent relationships with all and the staff are excellent. Jasmine loves playing with the interactive toys such as the investigation table and the sensory fish tube. I am so pleased with Jasmine's development and would highly recommend this nursery to anyone with young babies. Many thanks' (Mum)

My daughter has been attending the nursery since April 2017. She has settled in very well at the nursery and is very happy. I had had no problems with the nursery at all. The staff are always very welcoming and caring towards my daughter. I feel at ease when my daughter is at the nursery.
The staff that look after her update me on a daily basis as to how she is doing and I regularly receive notification from Tapestry and I can keep track of her development. When my daughter is ill they take very good care of her and will ring me if they are concerned. They have never asked me to collect her and take her home.
She enjoys her food at the nursery and there us always a wide variety of food available. She is able to have a nap in the afternoon if she wants to.
I would highly recommend this nursery to others
